INGREDIENTS:
-4 egg whites
-1 banana
-1 tsp. of vanilla essence
-1 tsp. of cinnamon
-1 scoop of Premium Whey Protein or Premium Mass Builder. (Chocolate Flavour)
TOPPINGS:
-You can add a dollop of honey, desiccated coconut, sliced strawberries/ other fruit, nuts- What ever you like.
-I just mixed 1 scoop of chocolate whey with a little bit of hot water to make it like chocolate sauce. This is optional if you do not have whey.
RECIPE:
-Blend the eggs, banana, vanilla essence & cinnamon together.
-Heat the waffle machine & add coconut oil/ cook & spray.
-Place batter in the waffle maker & once ready take out to cool.
-Top with any toppings you’d like.
