INGREDIENTS:

-1 1/4 NuWay (Original, Chocolate or Granola)

-2 scoops of Premium Whey Protein or Premium Mass Builder. (Chocolate Flavour)

-Sprinkled cinnamon

-2 tbsp. of agave granulated sweetener (can use any granulated sweetener of choice)

-1/2 tsp. of bicarbonate soda

-Gluten-free dark chocolate chip discs (crushed them)

-40ml coconut oil (melted)

-1/2 cup of almond milk (can use normal milk/ milk alternative)


RECIPE:


-Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

-Line baking tray with baking sheet and set aside.

-Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl & mix well.

-Add wet ingredients & mix well with a spoon until a thick dough mixture is formed.

-Add choc chips & stir in well.

-Spoon out mixture into palm of hand, and roll into ball shapes & place on baking tray and then flatten by using a fork/ spoon.

-Place in oven for about 15-20 minutes. Keep checking by placing a fork into batter & make sure mixture does not stick.
