INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE BASE:
-1 3/4 cup of NuWay (Granola)
-1/4 cup of coconut flour
– 2 tbsp. of cocoa powder/ cacao powder
-2 tbsp. of granulated sweetener of choice (I used the agave sweetener)
-1 scoop of Premium Whey Protein (Any preferred flavour)
-1 tsp. of vanilla essence
-1/2 cup of peanut butter
-1/4 cup of honey/ maple syrup- 1/4 cup of dairy free milk (I used Milk Alternative)
FOR FUDGE FROSTING:
-2 tbsp. of cocoa powder/ cacao
-2 scoops of Premium Whey Protein (Any preferred flavour, Cookies and cream used in )
-1 tbsp. of honey/ maple syrup
-Dairy free milk
RECIPE:
-Line a large baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
-Blend the Nuway granola / oats until a flour consistency.
-Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
-Melt peanut butter & honey in a dish in the microwave. Mix well.
-Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and by using a tablespoon add the dairy
-Free milk until a thick batter is formed. Mix well.
-Transfer the batter to the liner baking tray and press down into tray until flattened.
-Place in fridge for a few hours until hardened into a fudge consistency.
-For the frosting; mix all ingredients in a bowl & milk until a thick mixture is formed.
-Top the base with the frosting and let it set until firm.
