INGREDIENTS:
-1 chopped banana
-1 cup of oats
-1 1/2 scoop of Premium Whey Protein For Her (Chocolate Flavour)
-1 egg
-200ml of plain yogurt
-1 tsp. of vanilla essence
-1 tsp. of cinnamon
-1 tsp. of cocoa powder
-Coconut oil to fry
-Choc chips
-Peanut butter
RECIPE:
-Heat pan on a low heat.
-Place coconut oil in pan.
-Add dry ingredients into a mixing bowl & mix.
-Add wet ingredients and blend until smooth.
-Add dark choc chips to the batter and mix well with a spoon.
-Fry flapjacks on low heat.
-Serve & top with fruit; desiccated coconut, peanut putter, honey.
